AGENDA
The business of the meeting will be:-
1. To consider the proposed Rule Book of the Association, and Purposes of the Association.
2. To collect any outstanding membership fees and membership applications
3. To vote to welcome any new members into the Association.
4. To vote on Incorporation of the Association under Victorian law.
5. To pass a motion to allow Michael Costello to apply for incorporation of the Association.
6. To vote to take over the unincorporated association “River TV Echuca Moama Association”.
Should the above vote pass, we will move on to an Annual General Meeting.:-
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
SAME VENUE AS ABOVE
The business of the meeting will be:-
1. Chairperson’s Report
2. Treasurer’s Report and financial statements.
3. To declare all Committee positions vacant.
4. Election of a President
5. Election of a Vice~President
6. Election of a Secretary
7. Election of a Treasurer
8. Election of a Public Officer
9. A motion to decide the number of Ordinary Committee Members (if any)
10. Election of Ordinary Committee Members (if any)
11. Setting of the Annual Membership Fees.
12. Motion to authorise setting up an Association Bank Account
13. Motion to decide Association postal address, and options for this.
14. To decide the date of next Committee Meeting and Annual General Meeting.
15. General Business
Closure of Annual General Meeting, then we will move on to a Production Meeting;-
NOTICE OF PRODUCTION MEETING
SAME VENUE AS ABOVE
Any Interested persons may attend. Those who don’t wish to stay need not continue.
The business of the meeting will be:-
1. To consider any requests for Video Production from Community Groups.
2. To discuss future video production opportunities.
3. To discuss the options for training of new volunteers
4. To discuss ways of promoting the Association
5. To discuss ways of recruiting mew members.
6. To decide the date of next Production Meeting.
The meeting will then close.
